Key responsibilities:


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Maintaining accurate sales ledger records
  • Completing credit checks on customers / clients
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties to support the team
  • Provide weekly feedback on all accounts for processing through debt collection

The Successful Applicant:


  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proven experience in Credit Control
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Professional verbal & written communication skills
  • 3 years minimum experience in Credit Control
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to work within a team
