Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance work on a range of properties.
- Carry out general carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating work.
- Assess and diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
