Description

Working along side and supporting our Engineering Team we are looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver with a valid counter balance licence.

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently to move, stack, load, and unload materials and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support them in their daytoday tasks.
• Ensure the proper handling, storage, and movement of materials and equipment, following established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris, cleaning work areas, and disposing of waste materials appropriately.
• Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and transporting materials as required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself and those around you.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and contribute to a smooth workflow.
• Willingly work occasional Sundays as required to support project timelines.

• Valid counterbalance forklift license is
  essential.
• Proven experience as an FLT Driver / Labourer in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of safe forklift operation practices and warehouse protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work on Sundays as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Prior experience in an engineering or industrial environment is a plus.

• Hourly rate is £25 ph
• Working hours are to be confirmed
