Part-Time Helpline Advisor - Monday through to Friday working either the mornings 9am - 1pm or the afternoons 1pm to 5pm (4 hours each day so a total of 20 hours a week) You must be available to work all of the 5 days Monday through to Friday.

You have to be able to work all of the 5 days Monday through to Friday and you will be employed to work either the morning or the afternoon shift.

NCDV provides a free, fast emergency service to victims of domestic violence and abuse regardless of their financial circumstances, delivering exceptional client care.

Our Helpline Advisor role gives you the opportunity to help people change their lives for the better.

About You

Patient and compassionate approach with good listening skills
Professional telephone manner and able to communicate effectively
Good written, numeric and computer literacy skills
Conduct calls swiftly and efficiently, you will be comfortable working towards daily targets aiming to help as many people as possible

You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment dealing with matters of a sensitive nature. Experience in a similar environment would be beneficial but not necessary as full training will be given.

Salary:
£10,920 per year (£10.50 per hour)
