RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in our Birmingham office.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will assist the Recruitment team with co-ordination of all recruitment. Liaising with relevant members of the HR team together with line managers and preferred supplier recruitment agencies.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Log and manage CVs both direct and from agencies.
- Vacancy advertising on the Firm's intranet.
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to any incoming messages on LinkedIn.
- Update agency contact information on recruitment database.
- Administration and/or customer service experience obtained in a busy environment.
- Previous experience ideally obtained in a professional services environment.
- HR or Recruitment experience is preferred.
