RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in our Birmingham office.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will assist the Recruitment team with co-ordination of all recruitment. Liaising with relevant members of the HR team together with line managers and preferred supplier recruitment agencies.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Log and manage CVs both direct and from agencies.
  • Vacancy advertising on the Firm's intranet.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to any incoming messages on LinkedIn.
  • Update agency contact information on recruitment database.
Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Administration and/or customer service experience obtained in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience ideally obtained in a professional services environment.
  • HR or Recruitment experience is preferred.
