You'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for performing end to end payroll and benefits duties for multiple payrolls and ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met. High volume payroll experience essential.
  • Working closely with the assistant and payroll benefit managers to produce accurate and timely payrolls relating to salaries, allowances, benefits processed through payroll, and deductions.
  • Processing multiple country payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness is met.
  • Preparing, auditing and validating work for accuracy and reasonability of variance by putting in checks and controls.
  • Administering relevant benefits.
  • Verifying payroll inputs and outputs ensuring pay is delivered and processed accurately.
  • Proactively providing feedback on issues, themes and trends, addressing issues on the dashboards.
  • Supporting and championing MyHR Tier 2 payroll and benefit queries by researching, analysing and resolving queries within service level agreements (SLAs) set.
  • Actioning and resolving complex pay and benefit queries with escalated support as required.
  • Building stakeholder relationships with HRS international tax, recruitment, HRBPs and wider HR stakeholders.

You'll need to have:

  • Experience working with in house and local outsourced payroll and benefit vendors.
  • Large volume payroll and benefits experience.
  • Attention to detail, providing accurate and timely payrolls.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed, technical payroll calculations.
  • Experience with processing benefit and payroll HRI files.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment on payroll and benefits.
  • Ability to provide advice and coordination of payroll and benefits transactional duties through effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both written and oral.

You'll also have:

  • Confidence within a changing environment and ability to embrace, understand and utilise new technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to organisational change and priorities in a positive way.
  • Payroll qualification (or equivalent).
  • CIPP/GPA.
  • High volume, international payroll, mobility and international tax, be able to work at a very fast pace and have dealt with multi deadlines and vendors.
  • Ability to demonstrate how expats and shadows are processed for tax and national insurance.
  • Foreign tax credit knowledge will be a great advantage for this role as will resource link UK.
  • In house UK payroll experience desirable.
  • Very robust UK legislative knowledge.
  • Very proactive, this role would suit someone who has similar background experience.
