An exciting secondment opportunity within the Medicine and Emergency Care Clinical Business Unit for an aspiring Senior Nurse to join our Emergency Department on a 9 month basis.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, influential leader who is ready to make a real difference to our patient and staff experience, joining our team at Southport & Ormskirk NHS Trust as an Emergency Department Matron, working in the Directorate of Medicine.

We are seeking an inspirational, influential leader who is confident, dynamic, visible, compassionate and has significant experience working at a senior level in healthcare.

In addition, must be experienced in managing governance, with an absolute passion and commitment to delivering high quality, safe care.
