Company & Role Overview:


We are a Homecare company based in Staple Hill - Bristol, caring for adults and the elderly with disabilities in the community.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and friendly to join our small office team.

The administrative role is varied and you will be required to:

  • Sorting and filing away confidential information
  • Providing support to the office team by answering the phone and any administrative tasks required
  • Supporting the manager if required, this can include;
- checking and updating staff training matrix
- taking minutes in meetings


Key requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • IT skills including word, and excel is desirable
  • Good written and communication skills
Previous administrative experience is required and experience in the care industry would also be beneficial but not a necessity. Full training will be given upon joining our team.

This is a part time role. Our office is open 5 days a week 9am-5pm. 16 Hours required.
