    Key Responsibilities

    The Slots Manager will play a critical role in delivering the Grosvenor slots strategy (GSS) and supporting General Managers in maintaining an efficient slots operation.

    This regional position covers our venues across Scotland & the North of England, requiring travel to these locations 2-3 days per week.

    • Manage day-to-day slots operations, including supplier relationships, to meet required SLAs and commercial targets.
    • Conduct regular business review meetings and ensure follow-up actions are delivered with expected results.
    • Maintain brand standards, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming procedures.
    • Develop and optimise promotional campaigns to enhance venue participation and revenue.
    • Stay informed about the Slots industry and recommend revenue-enhancing changes.
    • Support clubs with slots counts, collections, and discrepancy investigations.
    • Recommend layout and venue changes to maximise revenue from slots.
    • Develop supplier relationships and collaborate with the E-Gaming Team to drive product development.

    Product and Supplier Management

    • Ensure supplier SLAs are maintained and developed as needs change.
    • Work with the E-Gaming Team to develop supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development.
    • Maximise revenue by positioning machines and terminals in prime locations, aligned with the Grosvenor Slots Strategy.
    • Continuously develop and support Grosvenor's commitments to its Responsible Gaming procedures.

    Requirements

    • Casino slots operations industry experience.
    • A proven track record of positively influencing performance in venues and third-party suppliers.
    • A performance-driven and commercially-minded approach.
    • Effective communication and influence skills.
    • A collaborative style and approach to work.
    • Strong team management and time-management skills.

    Additional Details

    This field-based role comes with a car allowance.
