HR Data Analyst - Leading Humanitarian Organisation - Surrey with excellent hybrid working arrangement
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Analyst to join a leading humanitarian organisation.

Working closely with the Strategic Business Partnering team and the Executive Director of People you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of complex workforce analytics.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Gathering and analysing people data to produce a range of accurate and timely people MI
  • Interpreting the MI and producing concise insight
  • Communicating key insights to a range of business stakeholders
  • Recommending short and longterm goals for key performance metrics and activities to improve the organisational culture
  • Working with the HRIS specialist to identify and make continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of data for MI
  • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for all people MI, reporting and insight requirements
You should be an experienced analyst and a problem solver with an ability to streamline and analyse people data. Strong critical and analytical skills need to be combined with good report writing skills and excellent communication skills. You should also havegood project management skills and ideally experience of change. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
