An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, enthusiastic User Trainer to play a major role in transforming the way the NHS trusts handles its waiting lists.
You will be working at the heart of the tool's adoption, collaborating with multidisciplinaryTrust-based teams to deliver workplace training on the Trust Care Coordinated Solution, empowering users to embrace a tool which will ultimately prioritise backlogs to save lives.
To be based within an NHS Trust to deliver training to clinical and nonclinicalend users to enable the successful adoption of the CCS toolMain duties and responsibilities
- To provide training to clinicians and nonclinicians (in patient facing roles) in Trusts by educating and delivering training on the CCS to groups and oneonone sessions
To be responsible for the effective delivery of training by analysing and scoping issues, undertaking training needs assessments, identifying user and business requirements, and thus adapting the training offering and approach tailored to user specific requirements
- To work with trusts against their delivery plans and to meet their implementation targets
- To support adoption of the tool by guiding users through the change process from initial awareness and desire to use the tool, to providing the knowledge and skills to use the tool, to reinforcing the active use of the tool after implementation
- To monitor performance and regularly report upwards against plans, targets and priorities, escalating actions, risks and issues where appropriate
- To maintain an overall understanding of the strategic direction of training within the organisation and other relevant priorities
- To operate independently and autonomously, following the agreed workplan for your individual Trust(s), while working within a recognised national team structure where you contribute and feed in input to positively influence the direction of the programme
Roles you will be working with:
- Trust-level Delivery Managers
- Regionallevel Regional Support Managers and Regional Training Leads
- Clinical and nonclinical staff, including Consultants, schedulers, theatre booking teams, secretaries, and other key individuals within a trust setting
- Head of Training
Skills, experience, and knowledge
- Evidence of working within professional multidisciplinary team
- Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders of various seniorities
- Good understanding of digital systems and data platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which can be tailored depending on audience
- Proven ability to effectively problemsolve
- Experience of working within a change management/training setting
- Understanding of IG, Confidentiality and Data protection
- Experience at trust level within the NHS
- Working in Public Health or NHS setting
- Training IT systems in a clinical setting
- A qualification or certification in change management, business change or training delivery
- Digital competency in clinical systems i.e., Cerner, patient administration software
- Proficiency in using Windows systems
