We are currently offering three services:

• Supply & Install Of Asphalt Reinforcement
• Supply Of Geosynthetics
• Storage & Distribution

Asphalt Grid Systems are a company dedicated to improving the longevity of pavement surfaces and reducing the long term maintenance costs for our customers.

We are also keen to take an international product line provided by Tencate Geosynthetics and bring its unique features into a UK market that has yet to match all the advantages of these revolutionary products.

We are currently the longest-standing provider of these products. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for experienced Plant/Machine operatives to join our team.


About the role

• Working as part of a team
• Experience on either JCB 403 or similar
• Must enjoy working outside, and be physically fit and able to work as part of a team in a safe manner
• Clean driving licence with at least 7 years driving experience

Day-to-day duties for our Plant-Machine Operators

• Ensuring a clean and tidy site is maintained throughout the working day.
• Plant inspections/general maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Working as part of the team in all areas of the site
• Operating JCB 403 or similar onsite
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Sorting/moving materials with a machine
• Ensuring the rules and regulations pertaining to the Health and Safety Act and driving regulations are upheld (as advised by the management)
• Alerting the management to any defects in the area and to the plant/machines
• General routine daytoday maintenance of assigned plant
• Valid CSCS card desirable but not essential

£11.50-£13.46 per hour
