What will you be doing?

  • Input data into relevant software systems as required
  • Manage weekly payroll and purchasing
  • Liaise with site personnel for equipment requirements, inspections and document updates
  • Support site departments with accurate data maintained in both digital and paper formats
  • Manage quarterly return as required by site Permit
  • Invoicing for site

What are we looking for?

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence is essential for this position
