Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit an experienced Production Planner for a leading Manufacturing based near Slough.
To be considered for this role you will be highly analytical with experience in a similar planning role.Responsibilities:
- Placing purchase orders on suppliers via the MRP system
- Scheduling and ordering materials
- Generating stock reports for our suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels to keep optimum stock
- Expediting of purchase orders
- Planning supply chain to avoid material shortages in production
- Manage supplier performance through feedback and review
- Monitor Kanban accounts for supplier performance reviews
- Drive competitive lead times with robust material scheduling
