- We are now recruiting for
a Flexible Tradesperson to join us, reporting to the
Engineering Manager you will work as part of the engineering teams to reduce production downtime & improve processes at our busy Wolverhampton brewery
Key Accountabilities:

Maintain outputs (H&S, Quality, and Performance) to plan.
Have a structured approach to fault finding.
Respond to building maintenance issues as identified by Engineering Manager.
Show a proactive approach and find solutions to problems.
Selfprioritise work schedule when necessary.
Identify and order tools and equipment.
Communicate with Production and Engineers via logbooks and other methods.
Liaise with all other departments to understand site problems.
Observe all safety procedures and follow good engineering practices.
Take ownership of engineering tasks and responsibilities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Experience and Key Attributes required:

An experienced Building Maintenance Engineer.
Aware of H&S legislation.
Flexible, reliable, and confident in making decisions.
Confident communicating with other departments.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Able to demonstrate multiple skills from plumbing, roofing, carpentry, tiling, pointing, painting, cleaning and general building maintenance work.
Experience within the manufacturing industry or food and beverage production industry is preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
