Service Delivery Manager - London / Hybrid

I am currently working with a Financial services company who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role holder will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes of Service Catalogue, Service Level, Relationship, and Customer Satisfaction; as well as establishing, measuringand reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to services, processes, operations, and delivery.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Experienced Service Management professional
- ITIL Qualified
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- Must be able to manage & influence customer and suppliers alike
