Service Delivery Manager - London / Hybrid

I am currently working with a Financial services company who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

The role holder will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes of Service Catalogue, Service Level, Relationship, and Customer Satisfaction; as well as establishing, measuringand reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to services, processes, operations, and delivery.

Essential skills and qualifications:

Experienced Service Management professional
ITIL Qualified
Previous experience as a Team Lead or demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams
Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Must be able to manage & influence customer and suppliers alike
