The M&A Consulting Leader will:

Ensure successful delivery of M&A projects within Health Solutions for Multinationals (HSM) to high client satisfaction and actively contribute to sales and revenue growth to achieve M&A Advisory revenue targets.
Lead the delivery on multicountry due diligence, harmonization, carveouts and PMO projects
Organise and coordinate resources effectively to meet project deadlines, with support from other leaders within Health Solutions and across Aon
Contribute to and execute the strategy for the M&A advisory business globally
Deliver on the revenue growth plan in direct and indirect revenues from M&A related services into Health Solutions
Lead M&A client workshops to set specific deal strategy and chair approval presentations with senior client stakeholders
Take responsibility for building a pipeline of potential M&A clients from Aon's portfolio of multinational clients
Represent HSM (and wider Aon) in the external market as it relates to M&A marketing and thought leadership

Experience in managing multicountry projects for multinational companies
A good understanding of the structure of the range of corporate transactions and the organizational impact
Knowledge and understanding of global employee benefits and reward
Organised and able to coordinate resources effectively to meet deadlines
Able to analyse data, draw insights and able to present this in a clear, visual and structured manner
A desire for excellence and consistency of quality across deliverables
