We are seeking to appoint a well qualified, innovative and dynamic teacher to lead our Design Technology Department across this small rural comprehensive school.

An ability to teach Resistant Materials at KS3, GCSE and KS5 is required together with experience of teaching a broad range of abilities.

This is a great opportunity to further your career within a friendly and supportive staff team.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • has QTS
- is keen to work as part of a team and share ideas and good practice
- has high expectations of student achievement and behaviour
- is an effective communicator with staff, parents and children
- provides and maintains a stimulating classroom environment that promotes student's learning
- is willing to contribute to our programme of extra-curricular activities
- is a leader with drive, enthusiasm, energy and determination
