About the role:


You are an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo) operating at the Senior Manager / Lead level who will join our Commercial Marketing team.

In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the marketing automation platform (Marketo) to enable the marketing organization to hit its ambitious goals, as well as provide reporting insights into campaign success.


Responsibilities:


  • Set marketing automation and lead management and scoring strategy
  • Set stretch, measurable goals and work to drive results on B2B demand gen across marketing and sales teams
  • Administer Marketo and its integrations with other key platforms
  • Assist the sales team to drive acquisition and ABM strategies
  • Deliver excellence in marketing automation and operations, prospect nurturing, lead generation, lead scoring, funnel optimization and measurement
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to manage and optimize workflows including lead routing, data sync, MQL processes and reporting
  • Design, implement and refine a complex lead scoring system designed to assist sales to identify warm leads and deliver more effective & just in time sales programs
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and data integrity within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data
  • Build and maintain a multitouch attribution strategy that measures the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities across the entire funnel
  • Continuously identify areas to drive implementation of operations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity across all Marketing disciplines
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide key insights into campaign performance (leads, mqls, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Execute adhoc analysis or data pulls as needed
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other global marketing regulations
  • Provide Tier I support for operational issues as they surface; advise on changes to systems/processes to fix root causes

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing an enterprise Marketing Automation tool (experience with Marketo required, preferably 2+ years)
  • Experienced contributor, with a strategic, analytical mindset who likes to drive results
  • Able to operate at a senior level: set goals, measure results, deliver on execution, work cross functionally
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing demand funnel and how data flows between tools
  • Comfortable with complex attribution models and calculating payback on longer term cycles
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to effectively organize your time and deliver on initiatives
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritization, tactical execution and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, high growth environment, and able to juggle many matters at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another
