We have an outstanding opportunity for a receptionist, working for a well-known law firm in Newcastle. This is an exciting position, working full time Monday to Friday in Newcastle city centre.Working within the front of house team, you will welcome all visitors to the firm in a professional and courteous manner and provide admin support to teams within the business.
This is a great opportunity and would suit someone from a professional servicesor hotel background.About the role:
- Professional and smart appearance
- Make sure meeting rooms are wellpresented and manage meeting room diary.
- Provide refreshments for visitors.
- Admin tasks as required for other departments within the business
About you:
- Experience of working within professional services, or hotel industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Good team player and able to work well independently.
