Key responsibilities include:


  • Advising on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation such as contracts and deeds
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acting for landlords and tenants, investors and developers
  • Providing timely and accurate legal advice to clients, both in person and in writing
  • Working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an excellent standard of service
  • Mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team

Requirements:


  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in commercial property law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
  • Experience of managing a caseload and meeting deadlines
