    At Condé Nast, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookings Editor to lead the production of cover and fashion shoots for Tatler. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and commission top fashion photographers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pitching Cover Stars and Booking Talent: Collaborate with the features and fashion teams to select suitable talent for Tatler's covers.
    • Casting Models: Choose models that fit the creative vision of the shoot.
    • Booking Hair and Make-Up Teams: Coordinate with artists, managing availability, rates, and logistics.
    • Researching and Negotiating Shoot Locations: Secure locations, handle contracts, and manage logistics.
    • Organising Travel and Liaising with Agencies: Arrange travel for talent and photographers, confirming schedules and managing changes.

    Requirements

    • Established Network of Talent Agents and Industry Contacts.
    • Experience Casting Models for Fashion Pages and Covers.
    • Previous Experience Working on a Luxury Title.
    • Strong Eye for Fashion Photography and Creative Concepts.
    • Skilled in Managing Budgets and Deadlines.
    • Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure.
    • Dedicated to Enhancing Tatler's Creative Output.
    • Organized Team Player.
