PQA, the leading provider of weekend performing arts training, is currently looking for a local filmmaker to work with our students at PQA Colchester on a Saturdays, devising and shooting short films with students.

You will be leading filmmaking workshops with children from years creating material that can ultimately be screened in a local cinema and shared online.

You will ideally have some experience working with children and young people, and have a strong background making short films.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who has the technical skills to create and edit short films with our students, who are split into three age groups (6-9, 10-12 and 13-18), but also - and most importantly - a passion for film making and a desire to inspire our students.

It's a great job for any young film makers who might be looking for an job opportunity that can put their skills to use and offer them a sense of fulfilment by giving back to the next generation.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
