Do you have experience working with groups of children be that tuition, scouts or sports coach?
Maybe you have a degree and are looking for experience before starting a PGCE?
Or maybe you are a Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work?

I am recruiting for secondary school teachers who are looking for flexibility in their work life but have a passion for developing young people.

As your dedicated consultant I will take time to invest in those that want to work with us and find staff exactly what they are looking for.

As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Burton.
To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need:

UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.)
The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting.
Good communication skills
Empathy and care when dealing with students.
A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
