Could you lead a Marketing function within a national Non-Profit?


A renowned and established British institution is actively looking to hire an experienced digital marketer on a permanent contract to develop and implement both marketing and digital strategies.


Managed by the Head of Marketing and Communications and covering a wide range of project across the charity's three directorates and corporate comms, you will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, social media, data and analytics and asset design.


Working alongside the Communications Manager, you will line manage a passionate Marketing Officer and provide advice and guidance to a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

You will also act the lead for account management and developmentof BSRs platforms, including the website (DNN), marketing (Dotdigital) and social media (Sprout Social) to improve personalisation, automation and performance and making use of the full marketing mix.


As an experience digital marketer, it is crucial that you have experience forming and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth, revenue, traffic, and engagement.

A background in managing channels and platforms and the ability to takethe lead through marketing planning, target setting, performance tracking and on-going optimisation is key

Previous experience working within a Non-Profit, Charity or NGO is not essential.
