Marketing Manager

- £230-£280 PAYE

A global technology company are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing activities and programs for the organisation
Develop and implement marketing plans to serve business objectives
Stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinate market research projects
Select and manage ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
Oversee advertising, events and public relationships
Manage subordinate staff in the daytoday performance of their jobs
Ensure that project/ department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

Skills/ Experience:

5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience crating and managing marketing campaigns
Good understanding of customer lifecycle comms, go to market tactics and ability to leverage different marketing channels for different audiences effectively
Experience with customer acquisition and retention initiatives, using multiple channels to reach both prospects and existing customers
Goal driven to reach leads and conversion targets
Experience with content creation and content management
Ability to effectively project manage, work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing tasks
Results driven

- ability to leverage data and insights to inform plans and marketing strategies to reach KPIs

Ability to report back results and metrics
Excellent attention to detail, effective communicator and ability to manage various stakeholders and competing tasks
Google suite experience
Proactive, takes initiative and team player
