About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Technical team on a 3 month basis.

This is a 25 hour per week position, Monday to Friday, working pattern to be agreed but ideally 5 hours per day, e.

The Technical Administrator will support the team by:

  • contacting our suppliers to request specifications and certificates
- checking details against our existing records
- updating our own specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- accurate record keeping
- any other admin tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the Technical team.


About You:

Technical food knowledge is not required and full training will be given on our procedures


We are looking for:

  • A keen eye for detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Admin experience
  • IT literacy, especially Excel
  • Ability to learn processes and assimilate new information quickly
  • Efficient and organised approach
  • Ability to work at pace without compromising quality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and tenacious approach
  • Team player

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.18-£10.60 per hour
