Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer

Location:
Burgess Hill, West Sussex (Flexible WFH)

Salary:
up to £30,000 DOE

One of my best Microsoft Gold Partner clients is welcoming a
2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in the Burgess Hill office on a permanent hybrid-working basis

This role will expose you to hands-on training from day one You will get a buddy to teach you the ropes and will be mentored by senior staffand the CTO

You will be based within the Burgess Hill head office (flexible working from home), providing 2nd line IT support with:

Azure (desirable)
Problemsolving

Office 36

Active Directory
Windows 7/8/10
Network troubleshooting
MSP experience (desirable)
