Post No. POSN Support Officer - Noise & Neighbourhood Team

An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Support Officer, based in Noise & Neighbourhood Team. The team investigates pollution, noise, Anti-social behaviour, waste, statutory nuisance, fly tipping incidents and stray dogs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist with day-to-day administration work, undertake site visits and support members of the team with enforcement work.

This position also involves working with both internal and external stakeholders.

This post requires you to have experience in using databases and IT systems, demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills; be able to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with people.

You'll also have an ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
