Description
Full Time: 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday with Paid 1 Hour Lunch Break included.

Annual Leave - 28 days per annum, includes the Bank Holidays.

Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience.

SPS Maintenance Limited is a business specialising in the installation, and maintenance of specialised security equipment, including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, PAVA systems, Vesda systems, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, Disabled Toilet Alarms, Barriers and Fire extinguishers.

We have an ever-growing team of engineers based in and around the London, Greater London and South of England, with many projects covering Kent and Essex also.

We are rapidly expanding as a business across the country and are looking for a professional, experienced administration assistant to work in our quotations department.


Job Description and Daily Duties:

  • Answering the telephone you will be the first point of contact for all quotation enquiries
  • Maintaining the Quotations inbox
  • Producing quotations following PPM, reactive callouts, and client requests for new works
  • General Administration/ Ad Hoc duties as requested by the Company Directors and Management Team.
  • A knowledge and general overview of the Security Industry would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
  • Manual lifting maybe required at times to assist with deliveries

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

  • Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Maths qualification.

Training

  • Very proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, and Excel,.
  • Excel skills to include basic functions, vlookups, etc.
  • Full training on our CMS Joblogic will be provided in house

Experience

  • Experience of a similar customer facing role in a mediumsized business.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
  • Experience in the fire and security industry would be preferred
