We are a 21-room hotel, based in Sutton Coldfield. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a "Can Do" attitude to join our lovely reception team


Duties Include:

  • Ensure that you provide an exceptional experience for your guests throughout their stay
  • Checkin and checkout of guests
  • Take payments
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable
  • Assign rooms according to guests' requests, whenever possible
  • Handle guests' requests and complaints in a professional manner
  • Communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure the high standards or cleaning are being maintained.
  • Report any maintenance issues to your Manager
  • Take deposit and room hire fee payments for events and table bookings

Preferred skills:

  • Experience is preferable but not essential
  • Must be flexible with regards to hours
  • Ability to work on your own or work as a part of a team
  • Use your own initiative
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be organized and demonstrate attention to detail.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
