PURPOSE
To manage, coach and motivate a team of field based engineers and an office based administration team.

YOU PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW WHATS INVOLVED

  • Effectively represent and lead the Algeco brand in all customer interactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction scores (NPS) are on or above target
  • Effective member of the Regional Support Service team committed to achieving Regional objectives and operational excellence.
  • Effective member of the Regional Support Service team committed to achieving Regional objectives and driving operational excellence.
  • Maintaining control over cost (labour, vehicles and materials) and budgets for maximum resource utilization and efficiency.
  • To oversee remote support service engineers on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all direct reports are performing job roles to optimum level.
  • Embed a culture which ensures adherence to corporate policy and procedure, legislative requirements and health and safety processes.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Ability to plan/schedule transport vehicles efficiently and effectively
  • Strong geographical UK knowledge
  • Fast paced Logistics background
  • Good level of skill in Microsoft Office products, IT systems in general
  • Good understanding and knowledge of current regulations in regarding to Working Time Directive and Driver's Tachograph restrictions.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls and conflicting priorities
  • Familiar with working in a high pressure environment
  • Full clean driving license.
