We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly qualified dementia specialist nurse to join Avery Healthcare as the Head of Memory Care Services.

About the role
Other responsibilities include

To Develop and support the implementation of person centred, effective memory care systems and practises across the group utilising data, and the resident experience to monitor effectiveness
Work with colleagues to demonstrate effective care systems and a positive approach to memory care through the delivery of training and coaching
Provide expert advice and knowledge build upon a whole home approach to person cantered dementia care with a focus on community engagement and relative inclusion and support
