Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide excellent guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic beverages and cocktails.

Hours are flexible but will include weekends, nights and days and all holiday weeks all year around.


Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take and serve food and beverage orders
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Conform to all legal licensing requirements within the business.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• To assist the Bar Manager and Supervisor
• To undertake inter departmental duties within the Restaurant and Bar

Requirements:

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Have a legal right to work in the UK
