Breakdown of the Sewing Machinist Role:

  • Salary: £ £11.00 per hour
  • Hours: Fulltime (37,5 hours per week)
  • Immediate Start
  • Location: Skelmersdale, Lancashire

Duties for the Sewing Machinist Role:

  • Follow operating instructions for the Flatbed and Overlock machines.
  • Complete requirements for sewing mattresses covers standard bedding products and personal protective equipment.
  • Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent handeye coordination
  • Experience in working to targets
  • Previous industrial sewing machine experience, within a factory environment
