IT Service Delivery Manager

Home Based / Customer Travel across South/London.

Options to work from a regional office, if desired

£50,000 - £70,000 basic

Your Challenge


Working within the Service Management and Service Delivery teams across a range of key customer accounts, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the key customer relationships, ensuring service levels are maintained and arrange/attendmonthly/quarterly customer meetings.

Working for one of the UK's leading provider of IT services, this Microsoft Gold Partner are going through a huge period of growth over the past 12 months, and are hiring across all their tech teams.


About You:


First and foremost, you should be an experienced Service Delivery Manager within the IT Services / IT consulting market, with strong experience of managing customer & key stakeholder relationships.


You will have experience:

  • Strong service delivery management experience
  • Strong experience within IT Managed Services / IT Consultancy markets
  • Experience in dealing with Csuite and senior leadership teams
  • Good experience of resource planning
