Primary Tutor.

At Thrive Tutoring, we strive to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students.

Our focus is on providing enjoyable and interactive tutoring sessions, which will grow the child's self belief and engagement with their education.

Our tutees go back into the classroom with a wider range of tools to succeed and a new found love of learning.

Duties include:

• Conducting oneonone and small group tutoring sessions for students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage
• Developing personalised lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
• Assisting with homework tasks and providing constructive feedback, if required.
• Utilising creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with parents to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• DBS
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in young lives.
• Understanding of primarylevel curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Innovative thinking to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of the tutoring process.
• Ability to assess student strengths and weaknesses and develop targeted intervention plans.

This is a growing opportunity, where hours may be limited at first, but we expect this to increase. We are based in Coventry, but tutor throughout Warwickshire and parts of Birmingham. You will need a driving license and access to transport as a lot of our students are face-to-face.
