The role - Learning Support Teaching Assistant

As a Learning Support Teaching Assistant, you will assist pupils with special educational needs to ensure they integrate as fully as possible into the activities and learning opportunities provided in class.

Responsibilities will include running specificprogrammes and activities to assist the pupils' individual learning and social needs.

You will be responsible for implementing the targets on the pupils' Individual Education Plan (IEP) in liaison with the class teachers and the SENCo, but in a mainstreamsetting.

The successful Learning Support Teaching Assistant will join this mixed Secondary Academy with a 'Good' Ofsted report.
