We offer custom picture framing and a large range of local and international artwork. We strive to provide an excellent customer service and a high standard of skill in picture framing.


Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.


Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process
• Utilize IT systems and tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Drive and motivation to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in using IT systems for sales tracking and reporting
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple customer interactions
