Do you have excellent organisational, IT and teamwork skills? Are you keen to support new ways of teaching and learning in higher education? As a Creative Inclusive Learning Projects Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring smooth operation of the HyFlex and Virtual Reality pilot projects
Coordinating administrative arrangements for staff development programmes
Assisting the learning spaces team with classroom technology rollout
Setting up and maintaining accurate project records
Supporting the coordination of project updates for the Birkbeck community
Assisting with the evaluation of the pilot work and maintaining financial records for project purchases.
Good knowledge and understanding of administrative systems and office work
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Moodle and other database packages
Proven administrative work experience, preferably in an educational environment
An interest in education technology and digital learning.

Remuneration
£29,392 rising to £32,962 per annum. The salary, Grade 4, quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale.

Terms and Conditions
