Do you have excellent organisational, IT and teamwork skills? Are you keen to support new ways of teaching and learning in higher education? As a Creative Inclusive Learning Projects Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth operation of the HyFlex and Virtual Reality pilot projects
  • Coordinating administrative arrangements for staff development programmes
  • Assisting the learning spaces team with classroom technology rollout
  • Setting up and maintaining accurate project records
  • Supporting the coordination of project updates for the Birkbeck community
  • Assisting with the evaluation of the pilot work and maintaining financial records for project purchases.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of administrative systems and office work
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Moodle and other database packages
  • Proven administrative work experience, preferably in an educational environment
  • An interest in education technology and digital learning.

Remuneration
£29,392 rising to £32,962 per annum. The salary, Grade 4, quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale.

Terms and Conditions
Fixed-term, two year contract. Full-time (35 hours a week). 0.5 job-share, part-time also considered. Please submit an Application Form for consideration.
