The role
We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Asset Surveyor to join the Asset Strategy team on our data journey.

This position would be ideal for someone who has recently graduated or working towards a degree in a building surveying (or related) degree.


You will be able to confidently work in a challenging environment, understand and work to key legislation, with the ability to accurately survey all aspects of domestic buildings.

As the role holder, and in the addition to the above, you will need to produce, analyse and present data to the wider Asset Management department, using Excel and internal systems.


You will be responsible for assisting the Asset Strategy team in accurately defining investment programmes of work, 30 year forecast planning, leading on our Decent Homes Standard surveys and managing the delivery of surveying contracts from external third parties to ensure high performance.


The right fit

  • You'll have a building related degree and a desire to develop your skills within the Social Housing sector.
  • You will have the ability to lead on key projects and deliver to deadlines and targets.
  • You'll need basic ICT skills and the ability to communicate in writing to a good standard.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate you present findings to a nontechnical audience and have a strong eye for auditing date.
  • You'll need an open mind, a willingness to learn and we'll help you with the rest
