You'll be responsible for leading our mobile product team as we R&D new technologies and user experiences, and bring this to market through our mobile SDK.

The Implementation Associate will have the unique opportunity to be part of a new and exciting role, working closely with the Implementation Manager in a rapidly evolving environment.
As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to the review, preparation, and creation of new maps, ensuring the quality assurance of existing maps, and assisting in developing onboarding and training documentation.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in data validation, maintaining the internal ticketing system, and occasionally traveling onsite for data collection.
What you'll be working on
- Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to review, prepare, and create new indoor maps
- Conduct quality assurance checks and upkeep of existing indoor map
- Support the development of comprehensive onboarding and training documentation
- Validate customer data to ensure its usability
- Assist in maintaining and improving the internal ticketing system
- Embrace the opportunity for onsite travel to collect data when needed
