Apprenticeship programme
During this Level 3 Engineering programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career.
As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you'll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Level 3 Technical (Knowledge) Certificate, BTEC In Engineering, NVQ (Competency) in Engineering & WorkingSafety (H&S) Certificate.
What will you be doing?
- Carrying out basic electrical isolations when required
- Carrying out routine inspections and service plant and equipment in accordance with a planned preventative maintenance programme
- Carrying out minor plant modifications including pump and pipeline installation and assisting with the commissioning of new plant and machinery
- Carrying out all repairs and modifications in accordance with required standards
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times
- Performing any other duties reasonably requested by management
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English
- A full UK Driving Licence is not essential however would be desirable
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good problemsolving ability
