Here is a summary of the skills we are looking for in a Customer Services Administrator:

  • Excellent literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

The tasks within this role are:

  • Answering telephone enquiries. These can be varied and are not scripted.
  • Administrative tasks within one of our specialism teams.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.


There is no need for you to have any previous experience in Cyber Security, as we have a Technical Team that deals with these types of enquiries.


  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Evidence of being organised
  • Experience with using varied software platforms

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,255.00 per year
