- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
The tasks within this role are:
- Answering telephone enquiries. These can be varied and are not scripted.
- Administrative tasks within one of our specialism teams.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
There is no need for you to have any previous experience in Cyber Security, as we have a Technical Team that deals with these types of enquiries.
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Evidence of being organised
- Experience with using varied software platforms
