About the Role
The Client Operations team work within the Central PMO function to own the engagement lifecycle process.

The Client Operations Co-ordinator role within Client Ops is predominantly there to own various regular processes within the department, along with assistingthe wider Client Ops team in account management and monitoring business risks.

The Client Ops team are responsible for ensuring adherence to business processes, positively driving change and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement to create consistencyin the way that engagements are managed across the 12+ offices.


The Client Operations team offers support and advice to help account teams be more effective by streamlining processes and managing documentation, reporting and organisational knowledge.

Above all, the team is part of the overarching BJSS quality managementprocess, providing information that is relevant and accurate in support of effective decision-making.


Tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Update and maintain risk status for allocated accounts
  • Assist with the work at risk process, tracking commercial risks to the business
  • Regularly update Engagement and Documentation tracking documents
  • Support Client Operations Analysts with opportunity and engagement management and maintenance of system records
  • Coordinate, attend and subsequently track and/or deliver any actions from Client Ops meetings
  • Maintain Kepler client and engagement base data
  • Attend Account update meetings and record actions where applicable
  • Maintain and/or implement processes to ensure adherence to BJSS and ISO standards
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of reports.

  • Use of CRM and Professional Service Automation tools such as SalesForce
