Role Overview:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our nursery settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentallyappropriate activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of childcare provision and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- If you don't already have a recognised Nursery qualification then you will be working towards one
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Enjoy getting down on children's level, keeping them safe, happy and learning
