Contract Scotland are currently looking for a Working Foreman with existing experience working for a well-established Fit Out and Refurbishment Company in Glasgow

This company specialises in high-end bespoke projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daytoday operations on site
Liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Lead and motivate a team of workers to achieve project goals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records
Report to the Operational Manager on progress, issues and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

Existing experience as a Working Foreman in fit out and refurbishment projects
Proactive attitude to work and problemsolving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Willingness to travel to project sites across Scotland and occasionally further afield
Ideally, trade qualification in joinery or related field
