We are now recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join our growing team based in our Glasgow office.
As our Financial Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Advisers and Para-Planners within the Financial Services Team
Preparing Valuation Reports and packs for annual review meetings
Processing Fund Switches, Withdrawals and New Business
Distributing Mail daily
Collating plan/policy information from Providers
Dealing with queries from our Tax Department on client's investments/pensions etc
Income and Fees Reconciliation
Experience on several provider platforms

In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:

Must have at least 2 years Financial Services experience.
Experience with Intelligent office is essential.
