Job descriptionWe are seeking an individual to:
Ensure the school premises and grounds provide a clean, safe and secure working environment.
Have day to day responsibility for health and safety and maintain accurate records.
Oversee all planned maintenance and building work.
Carry out general repairs and maintenance in line with the school's plans.
Be the principal key holder for the school.
Have a regard for the highest professional standards in all parts of school life.
Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
Oversee the day to day work of the Premises Team.
