  • **Senior Manufacturing Engineer -£50k-£60k
  • Cambridge
**My client is leading manufacturer of high-tech precision electro-mechanical products for a range of different industries. They're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development of new equipment to take production to the nextlevel. You will have a significant impact on production quality, productivity and delivery speed to customers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking to take a step up.

**Main Duties: **+ Develop automation concepts and equipment upgrades

  • Identify outsourcing partners
  • Support continuous improvement
  • Ensure full product documentation is provided to operations
  • Project management
  • Support operation and field service teams
**Skills & Experience Required: **+ Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in automated manufacturing equipment
  • Experience of working in a lean manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and controls
  • Experience in implementing and promoting continuous improvement
  • Awareness of key occupational H&S requirements
**The salary will be between £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience. There is also a generous benefits package available.
